A NEW class format!  Its pure core, pure strength and Pilates Mat with a suspended twist.


For the past eight months, many people in the Pilates4Fitness Movement Space have been working and enjoying the strength developed with Pilates Mat and a huge cross-section have been enjoying TRX Strength and TRX Bootcamp classes.   This new class format combines the work I have been privately delivering into a new class unavailable anywhere else: TRX Mat Flow.

  • All Intermediate Level and Open Mat students will love and enjoy this class.pushup
  • Challenge your powerhouse with a little flow, rhythm, balance and a lot of TRX suspension.
  • Build real strength and tone like never before in your arms and shoulders, back, butt and legs.
  • Round out the edges of that derriere and emerge re-formed.

This class requires an advance reservation and a mastery of Beginner Mat and understanding of Intermediate Mat exercises.  It will change the way you experience freedom of movement in your body.

Sign up for a series of 3-5 sessions and you will never be the same again on the mat.

Inspired by our class, I ordered new workout clothes this morning. .. I think it's going to improve my performance!

The only reason I wake up at 5am to come workout is because of your energy, creativity, and passion each and every time. I truly look forward to your classes - never the same, sometimes exhausting, always challenging, and most importantly - so very satisfying.

Gina is an amazing fitness instructor who has completely changed my body over our time together. As a young adult cancer survivor, I started working with Gina last February as part of my overall recovery physically and mentally.

I came into her studio with a fragile body and spirit, but she has pushed me past limits I never imagined possible, even before my diagnosis. Her warm smile paired with her no-bullshit attitude is the perfect combination for a personal trainer.

The workouts are constantly evolving and layered into the multiple disciplines she teaches. Also, the space is beautiful and the music is always spot-on for the class in session. I cannot sing her praises enough!

So get that ass in class! :)

Gina goes above and beyond for her clients! While she definitely kicks butt, she is always aware of her clients' needs, knows when to push harder or simply to move on. Her interest in fitness extends beyond the gym...she shares her knowledge of healthy living whether it's food, skin care, laughter...it's a total lifestyle with strength and suppleness at the core of overall wellness.

With Gina, working out is always an adventure. I've been training with her for several years and I feel great...what more could I ask for!

TRX is my new favorite workout! I always feel energized after leaving a TRX class and I've never left regretting going!

Gina is PHENOMENAL! She is an excellent teacher and really helps motivate you to be your very best. I have only been going for 2 months and only 2 classes a week, but I have already dropped a whole pants size!!

The studio has great parking facilities, it's always clean and the other clients are great too. I highly recommended!!!! !!
