suspendedcrisscrossWe move the same muscles of the body with strength training as we do with Pilates.  You know that!  With Pilates movement and a Pilates-Inspired strength training session, we do it with much more grace, control and centered concentration.

In honor of supporting the bodies being created with the method, this small group class BootCamp with Pilates Movement series is being re-created. (formerly "Balls & Bands.")

Utilizing  balls, resistance bands, stability balls, TRX Suspension and of course the Bosu, you will work like never before.   If you think sweating only happened in the gym....wait!

All things are possible in this class.  After all, "change happens thru movement and movement heals."  Who says you need a gym to build muscle?  This is the only way to build strength - sans the weights.
