wundaladderNew space, new look and new location and with the same quality instruction. Whether Duet or Trio training, Pilates4Fitness training will utilize the best possible fitness programming for strengthening, lengthening and toning the body.

Pilates Apparatus Training is an exercise system that is designed to transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. You build strength, while creating a sleek, toned body.

The Reformer (a flat carriage bed providing resistance with loaded springs) will be used to help you "Re-form" your body, your structural alignment and the use of your core. It is an excellent form of exercise for all age groups, gender and fitness levels.

The Ladder Barrel, Tower and Wunda Chair and pehaps the TRX Suspension straps will be used with the 55 minute hour to help you and your semi-private workout partner(s) train in a focused, comprehensive manner.

If you have been taking Pilates mat classes and now want a new challenge to add to your training, and desire more responsiblity for your workout by sharing the instructor's attention within the hour, this is the right system of training, equipment and class option for you.

All Reservations for Semi-Private Session timeslots will be made with the Instructor and Student(s) directly.  Please identify your desired reservation and you will be contacted to confirm an available time slot on the calendar.
