Woke up Sunday morning feeling the wrap, along with the clear realization that I do not do enough twisting and rotation, and definitely not enough mat.
I spent 4.5 hours this week, with three of my favorite teachers, in conscious controlled movements with the Reformer, Wunda, Cadillac, and lastly the Mat.
I swear it was Friday and the 1.5 hours spent working the side-body thru Grant, Lessen, Dowd, etc., inspired work as led by Blossom Leilani Crawford that did this.
It is not lost on me that the December #PilatesSistersSquad MasterClass Workout with Sarita Allen sold-out on this same day, the 140th anniversary Joseph Pilates’ birthday, the creator and pioneer of such a unique, specific method of balance and coordination of mind and body.
Jesh, two days later, Sunday morning, and I am still feeling this wrap.
I am clear about the message.
Grateful and humbled by the reminder.
