For 3-4 months I have been struggling with hip joint and knee pain/inflammation.  It showed up out of no where.  Without cause or explanation.  I’d go to my private session with Brett and he would work me thru the session with what I learned was a repertoire of Pilates movements that he and dancer’s used as “rehabilitation” movements. We knew I wasn’t broken, just bruised and inflamed.

Pilates, massage, acupuncture, and water therapy were my chosen tools. And I started needing 1000 mg of extra strength Tylenol every morning and an edible in the afternoon (I won’t lie).

I found myself feeling like a really old lady….needing to roll myself up out of a chair and the bed. Sitting was very pinchy. Hip hinges were painful and only hot showers, sauna and steam were relieving; that and “bicycles” in the pool and the leg springs and very limited pumping of the pedal with my road bike.

My hips, particularly the femur insertion point of the truncator/glute were screaming every morning and I was not a happy camper.  After heat, Tylenol and gentle warmup movements, it would subside only to announce its presence the next morning.

One knee was cranky and both hip joints were screaming. I figured it the wear and tear of my 60+ self was finally catching up with me.  I blamed all those leg presses with 200+ pounds for 20 years.

I started taking a supplement which proved to be useless, although heavily advertised as relief for women of my age in the post-menupausal predicament. Beware of false advertising!  I researched again,  BTW, using Perplexity, an AI search engine that I like much more than Google, and found another provider.

I write this post on the morning of the 7th day of taking Stonehenge Health Dynamic Joint supplement.
Today, I woke up and jumped out of bed and realized that I was not “aware” of my hip.  For the first time in a few months.

The bottle states,  “Improves Joint Comfort & Mobility in as few as 5 DAYS.” I ain’t mad at the extra two days I needed. This is my testimonial. I am on the three-month renewable subscription.

This morning, BTW,  I did not find the need for Tylenol!
I am sharing because that’s what we do, as women.  Find stuff and tell everybody!
