The country girl in me loves to walk along the river and hear the sound of the water slapping against the rocks. I get a rush from the smell of the pine and the rustling of the leaves from scampering chipmunks. I am simply and completely at home in the outdoors. Thankful that friends are still enjoying it with me, for now fourteen years.
As we approach the winter holiday season, all are reminded that the studio remains open for classes and sessions throughout the month
of December (check the schedule) to ensure all may follow my lead and continue your personal Pilates maintenance and management throughout the season.
There is a Holiday Season Special available (concluding 12/24/17), so please take advantage of it and keep yourself moving.

This will not be my last post of the year, but it will be the last post of vibrant, delicious color, light and joy from the walk in the Palisades.
