The older I get, the more I appreciate the wisdom, experience and practice of those around me. There’s not much new in the world, yet there may be other ways to see it and thus a better way to own the experience for one’s self.
My observations and joy for the past few weeks are expressed in the progress of my students visually and experientially, as seen below. I am proud to see their individual progress and continue to be inspired and challenged to perfect my own work as a result of the progression I see with each of them.
We are all going deeper in our daily/weekly #PilatesSystem practice work and I am planning to dive deeper still, into the work in my own body during the month of March following the wisdom, experience and practice of a few master teachers via @Pilatesology.
Specifically, I have my eyes and mind set on regular practice of the advanced work, with the apparatus and mat, following the master teacher instructions of #KathiRossNash #SandyShimoda #CaryRegan and of course standing local favorites #BrettHoward and #BlossomLeilaniCrawford.
Keep your fingers crossed that I don’t kill myself following their lead 3X week, as is my goal. There is no question, however, I am going to need that SoJoSpaClub day at the end of the month 😉 #TruthSpeak #PilatesOver50
