Recommit yourself to repeating the things that feel good in your body and your life. Pilates exercises, and the open fluid movement that the method fosters, is a perfect way to rejuvenate, reform, renew and refine yourself. Recommit yourself to finding new space, new openings and change in your body. Become allergic to can’t and addicted to healthy movement.
There are a thousand words that could be used to say what these few images project. Each depicts an renewing, refining and reformative exercise with various pieces of equipment in a typical studio setting.
You may not be in a position to fully find yourself in any of these positions – at the moment. It is, however, possible given time, concentration, control and a good Pilates teacher, that anyone may enjoy reforming themselves through movements with Pilates.
