Learn the Basics and Principles of Pilates
Maximum 4 Persons per class
Private Sessions
Give focused, individualized, one-on-one attention to your body utilizing the Classical Pilates Apparatus and/or alternative Movement Therapy tools with a private session booking. Start small and commit to your time investment in yourself. I recommend a minimum of 3-5 Sessions to fully appreciate the wonder and value of Pilates Training.

Group Classes
Select the class suitable for you from the studio schedule and make a reservation for the class and time slot that will permit you to consistently move your body. Classes are small (2-5 persons only) and offered virtually, therefore, require an advanced reservation to ensure a slot in the room and class of your choice.
