The Wunda Chair is my “hands-down” favorite piece of equipment. While I usually dedicate Wednesday to the Wunda Chair for myself and select students, I love it so much, I keep a spare chair in my apartment.
There is so much versatility with the use of the Wunda that working with it never, ever grows old. Even the exercises that I abhor on the reformer, (e.g., Grasshopper or Horseback) I manage to decently execute in my Wunda Chair Workout. Not to be cheesy, but it is a “wunda-ful” tool within the Pilates system.
These images were shot last Wednesday, yet, any given day the work may incorporate any of these basic to advanced, total body movements.
