Move, Chill & Pool Lounging

Arrival & Reset

Whew! After traveling for 10 hours and getting acclimated to “home” in new surroundings, chill and pool lounging is the only thing possible. Of course, after a morning Pilates Mat class, that is!

I used the yoga bolsters as a “bootleg” small barrel to help the group ease into opening the chest and lower back. And we took it soft and easy for the morning. Simply delightful.

After class and breakfast, the soft focus unwind continued poolside.
