Turns out, I had the <a href=\"https:\/\/pilates4fitness.com\/virtual\/2024\/01\/06\/movement-therapy-2024\/\">same mindset as we shifted from 2024 to 2025.<\/a> Rather than be redundant, suffice to say, for January, the goal at @Pilates4Fitness is simple: <strong>Consistency.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">It\u2019s just about showing up\u2014even if it\u2019s briefly, even if it\u2019s imperfectly.
