He admits he started it as a way to build his social media profile; it has grown to become a celebration and connection of Pilates enthusiasts through the original teachings of Joe Pilates. Pilates4Fitness students have participated several times over the years and #MarchMatness2026 was the first time I compiled images of the practice work for the month and built a downloadable file of the full Pilates Mat repertoire. The intention is to help facilitate a way to keep us moving wherever and whenever we may choose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Simple as that!  The work remains the same, we just get stronger every time we do it.  I am proud of our dedication to the work, our health, strength and improvements along the way.  <br>Frankly, I think these visuals are simply exceptional! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote
